ABOUT ME

Casey Giblin (he/him) is a New Jersey based Actor, Singer, Dancer and Director. He has been performing on stage and taking classes since the age of 5. He began his college theatre career at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY where he was fortunate enough to be cast in a children's musical theatre production of Fee, Fi, Fo Fum.

Continuing his theatre education at Centenary University as a Theatre Major with a Dual Concentration in Musical Theatre and Dance he was able to hone in on his vocal skills as a Baritone/Tenor and his dance training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, and Modern. Through that program he was able to explore the many different aspects and opportunities offered within a BA for theatre such as working in costumes as a designer for a production of The Bachelorette, a wardrobe supervisor, working on an equity production of The Sunshine Boys, and earning equity membership candidate points through the Centenary Stage Company. He also served as a set builder and scenic painter for many productions. As a performer he was very involved with Centenary's Children's Theatre touring company known as the Youth Audience Tour Series, and many MainStage productions.

After dealing with the challenges of a global pandemic, he decided to relocate back home and transfer to Ramapo College of New Jersey where he completed his BA in Theatre with a concentration in Acting. Some of his most recent projects include Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest directed by Professor Maria Vail, Dennis Kelly's DNA directed by Kathryn Gavin in which he also served as the Dramaturg, Jose Rivera's Marisol Directed by Terra Vandergaw and within the last year has honed his directing skills in directing a production of Will Averill's Tales of the Arabian Mice and Brendon Votipka's Common Ground.
